Lootvix SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. General provisions and the deal guarantee
All payments on the platform go exclusively through Lootvix as protected deals. The buyer's funds are held by Lootvix and are transferred to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt of the virtual goods or by a decision on a dispute.
2. No direct payments or exchange of contacts
Participants are not allowed to share contact details with each other (Telegram, Discord, Skype, phone) or to make deals bypassing Lootvix — all communication about a deal takes place in the built-in chat. The contact you specify when buying is visible only to the administration and is used to reach you. If you move to third-party resources, the platform does not guarantee the safety of the deal. Violations lead to the account being blocked.
3. Requirements for listings and pricing
The seller must provide an accurate description of the item, the current stock and the price. Knowingly posting fake offers, duplicating listings or inflating prices to spam is prohibited.
4. Origin of goods and prohibited categories
It is strictly prohibited to sell in-game valuables or accounts obtained unlawfully (brute force, hacking, carding, duping, use of prohibited software). Violators' accounts are blocked.
5. Seller's obligations when fulfilling an order
The seller undertakes to deliver the item exactly as specified in the order and to cover in-game fees (unless the listing description says otherwise). It is prohibited to demand confirmation of the order before the item is actually handed over. Once you have handed over the item, click "Goods delivered" in the deal window.
6. Buyer's obligations
The buyer undertakes to check the received item promptly and to confirm completion of the deal. If the seller has marked the item as delivered and the buyer neither confirms receipt nor opens a dispute within 72 hours, the deal is completed automatically. If there are delays or problems, the buyer must open a dispute or notify support before confirming the order.
7. How Arbitration works
If a disagreement arises, either party has the right to call an Arbitrator — a representative of the Lootvix administration. The Arbitrator's decision is based on the evidence provided (screenshots, video recordings) and is final. Ignoring the Arbitrator's requests leads to the dispute being decided in favor of the other party.
8. Rules of the review and rating system
Fake reviews, blackmail with a negative rating and unjustified changes to a review are prohibited. The administration reserves the right to remove untrue reviews after checking them.
9. Conduct in chats and communication
In deal chats and the general messaging system, insults, spam, flooding, unauthorized advertising of third-party resources and discussion of political or illegal topics are prohibited.
10. Liability and sanctions for violations
For breaking the rules, the platform reserves the right to issue warnings, block the account temporarily or permanently, and cancel deals with a refund to the affected party.
11. Balance, top-ups and withdrawals
The balance is kept in USDT and is shown in your account. The seller's revenue from completed deals is credited to it — the seller's price in full: the platform fee is paid by the buyer and is included in the listing price. If a paid deal is cancelled, the full deal amount including the fee is returned to the buyer's balance; the extra added to the transfer amount (up to 0.20 USDT) is not returned.
Top-ups are made by transferring USDT TRC20 for the exact amount in the request; the request cannot be cancelled. Money on the balance can be spent on purchases.
Withdrawals are made only in USDT TRC20 to the address specified in your account. The address is entered once; you can change it in your account with two-factor protection or through support. A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled. After you submit the request, the payout is made within 24 hours, but not immediately; while you have an open dispute, the request is not paid.
Withdrawal fees: no platform fee is charged on sales revenue; on unspent top-up it is a platform fee (see "Rates and fees"). Referral rewards are withdrawn like revenue — with no platform fee. A refund for a cancelled deal that was paid by transfer counts as unspent top-up; a refund for a deal paid from the balance goes back to where it was taken from: revenue stays revenue, top-up stays top-up. The network transfer fee is charged by Binance — you will receive approximately that much less. The withdrawal window shows the exact calculation before you submit the request.
After the platform fee, at least the minimum transfer amount must be sent to your wallet (Binance technical minimum). A remainder below the minimum can only be spent on purchases.
If an account is blocked, the money on the balance is not confiscated. Withdrawal is suspended for the duration of the review — no longer than 14 days, or until the dispute is resolved if one is open; after that the remaining balance is paid out through support, less any amounts obtained in violation of the rules and any confirmed damage to other users or the platform.
